On-Line Racquet Analysis

FREE ON-LINE RACQUET ANALYSIS 

For our customers outside of Sydney, not able to utilise our unique On-Court Racquet Analysis (OCRA) facility, we are pleased to be able to offer an alternative concept, the On-Line Racquet Analysis (OLRA), also unique to topserve, whereby we can assist you in selecting an appropriate frame with the use of today's common technology.

We stress that the OLRA does not replace the OCRA and cannot be regarded as a 100% fool-proof method of selecting a racquet - only the OCRA is definitive - the OLRA is an alternative method for those not able to make it to our Burwood outlet for an OCRA.

The OLRA evaluates your likes and dislikes which you provide in regards to several properties of a racquet, in particular racquet models that you have played with in the past or have tested. Additionally, you are asked to provide a short video of your ground strokes and serve. Most modern mobile phones today have video capability - this quality will suffice (we don't need a Steven Spielberg production).

Our qualified Master Racquet Technicians will analyse your video together with your responses regarding the racquet characteristics that you are seeking and we will be able to offer you the best three (3) options of racquets to select from.

Fee: The OLRA is completely FREE!  You would appreciate, however, the fact that we can only provide this service if you are:

 1) serious about purchasing a racquet and

 2) purchasing your racquet from topserve. 

You would not expect us to provide our specialised expertise at no charge if you are simply doing it out of interest or if you are seeking to purchase your racquet elsewhere.  Therefore there is a deposit of $60 applicable for the OLRA, but this amount is deducted off the price of the racquet when you purchase .... making the OLRA a FREE service from topserve.
